Animax Brings The Tradition of “Hanami” to Blogger’s Night

PchengPhotography_animaxhanami-2

“Hanami” – or also known as “cherry blossom festival” is the Japanese tradition of welcoming Spring by gathering under the beautiful cherry blossoms for food, drinks and spending time with friends and loved ones. This of course is still on the bucket list for us but while we still haven’t checked that one off the list, we were fortunate enough to enjoy a simple “Hanami” celebration through Animax’s Blogger’s Night at Haru Sushi Bar in Pasig.

There were Cherry Blossoms and Food as Animax teased bloggers on their upcoming line up of shows for the next few months (May and Junewhich are already up on the website).

Of course, no Blogger’s event would be complete without a little game, (Quiz Bee, to test the Otaku knowledge) which was made interesting with the use of Sony Xperia Tabs as buzzers and as a way to input answers (beats writing it down on a white board).

You can check out the Facebook page for more photos!

Thanks for having the Flipgeeks family over!
