The 90s are back with these OUTDOOR x PAC-MAN Backpacks!

Recently the FlipGeeks Fam was invited to the launch of Outdoor’s Pac-Man backpacks. Pac-Man was your introduction to video games if you grew up in the 80s or 90s. Before the Nintendos, Playstations and Xboxes, Pac-Man was the go-to game at the arcades. The game was simple to pick-up, you just need to chomp your way through dots while escaping ghosts.

As soon as we got to A Space in Makati, we were immediately transported back to the 90s. Guests sporting their 90s wear, the pop-culture memorabilia, the long couches, party plates and cups, pizza, chips and crackers, it was like a scene out of a coming-of-age movie, and at the center of it all was the star of the night, Pac-Man arcade machines.

Aside from the epic party, Outdoor also treated the guests to a night full of games and awesome prizes. There was even a real-life Pac-Man maze wherein players are asked to fill their Outdoor x Pac-Man backpacks with tennis balls while trying to escape the ghosts. It was like a game of tag, once the ghosts tags you, it’s game-over. Another game was the Pac-Man tournament, wherein teams of 3 play the classic Pac-Man arcade machine and the team with the highest score at the end of the night got to bring home the ultimate Outdoor x Pac-Man arcade machine!

What better time for Outdoor to release these retro cool backpacks as Pac-Man is currently celebrating its 35th year anniversary!
