There is Something for Everyone at ASIAPOP COMIC CON 2016!

This year, AsiaPOP Comic Con (APCC) is back to bring us a smorgasbord of geek and pop-culture goodness. APCC is bringing in celebrity guests, comic artists, cosplayers, exhibitors, and even Filipino professional wrestlers! If you were able to attend last year’s APCC then you have experienced how huge this event is. If you’re a first time attendee, we have provided a list of what you can look forward to at this year’s event.

CELEBRITY GUESTS

One of the main reasons why you should attend this year’s AsiaPOP Comic Con are the celebrity guests. APCC is known for bringing in celebrity fan favorites for movies and television. Here are the celebrities that you could expect to meet this APCC weekend. Please check out the SM Tickets website or SM Ticket outlets for prices on the Autograph, Photograph and Meet & Greet sessions.

JOE DEMPSIE

Famously known for his role as Gendry in HBO’s hit series, Joe Dempsie also starred in Skins,  various British television shows such as Peak Practice, Doctors, Sweet Medicine, and The Fades, among others. He appeared in the films One for the Road, Heartlands, and Monsters: Dark Continent.

CLAIRE HOLT

Claire-Holt-APCC

Vampire Diaries star, Claire Holt will also be joining the list of celebrity guests for APCC 2016. Claire Holt is known for her roles as vampire Rebekan Mikaelson in Vampire Diaries and its current spin-off, The Originals. She has also starred in Mean Girls 2, Blue Like Jazz, H2O: Just Add Water and another hit tv series, Pretty Little Liars’ Samara Cook.

MILLIE BOBBY BROWN

Fresh off the hit Netflix series Stranger Things, Hollywood child star and fan favorite Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), will be in town at this weekend’s APCC festivities.

NICHOLAS HOULT

Headlining this year’s celebrity line-up is Hollywood actor, Nicholas Hoult. Nicholas Hoult has starred in films such as X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past (Beast), Mad Max: Fury Road (War Boy Nux ), Jack the Giant Slayer (Jack) and Warm Bodies (R).
