God of War: Ascension Update Makes it’s Way onto PSN
Santa Monica Studios just dropped a free update (1.09) for God of War: Ascension and they decided to add one new thing: a brand new PvP game mode.
And Bout of Honor is that said update. It lets two players fight to the death in a “best-of-seven-rounds” competition. Included in the update are four new maps exclusively for Bout of Honor:
- Canyons of Kirra
- Chamber of the Flame
- Landing at Delos
- Streets of sparts
Now, I know what you’re thinking, “what is this all about?”. Well let me show you in this video:
Aside from the update, there’s a new map in the mix and it’s called “The Whilpool of Alecto” and it’s out for grabs for free. The Whirlpool of Alecto is based on a section of the game’s single player campaign featuring a leviathan who just wants to wreck and break every single breathing life form that comes close to it.
