Hit kiddie iPad game from PODD teaches kids how to be money-wise

Partnering with publishing firm PODD Media/RYO Games, Cebu-based developer PODD introduces Lil Kitten The Shopping Cart Game to help kids learn about budgeting money. Its latest version is launched just in time for the Christmas break. Children ages 6 to 8 can play the game by downloading it for FREE from the App Store.

PODD CEO Christine Rom says, “We have been developing extensively for the casual audience. This year marks our thrust towards the kids and teens market, and we’re happy to have done it with success.” Shopping Cart teaches kids 6-8 years old the value money through engaging, interactive, easy-to-play game levels. Shopping Cart features 30 game levels and combines beautiful HD-quality graphics with all-original music for an exciting gaming and learning experience.

The Shopping Cart Game was first launched in April of this year and for several weeks was featured among iTunes’ New and Noteworthy Applications for various categories including Education, Family and Kids.  Since its launch, the game has also enjoyed rave reviews from educators and parents all over the world.
