REV Major Philippines: A Fighting Game Major And TEKKEN World Tour Master Event
In a few weeks, we would bear witness to a gathering of the top local and international gamers competing against each other at the REV Major Philippines. REV Major Philippines is a master event of the TEKKEN World Tour, meaning players from the Asia-Pacific region will be able to earn a large amount of ranking points for the regional leaderboards.
REV Major Philippines will be held on July 8 and 9, 2017 at the Power Mac Center Spotlight in Circuit Makati and will be featuring seven fighthing game tournaments including a Tekken 7 tournament for the TEKKEN World Tour. The event has already attracted top Tekken players from Japan such as Yamasa Nobi, Yamasa Yuu, Yamasa Take and players from other countries are being expected.
The TEKKEN World Tour (TWT) is an international tournament series that is currently ongoing in three different regions around the world (Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific). Players all over the world may compete in the tour’s numerous events within their region to earn ranking points and climb their respective regional leaderboards. The top five players from each region at the end of the tour and the EVO 2017 Tekken 7 Champion will be competing in the grand finals to be held in the United States later this year.
