SNAAAKE: Metal Gear Solid Targeted by The Kings of Summer Director
With the release of the next installment of the Metal Gear Solid franchise by Hideo Kojima drawing near, it’s good to hear some good news when you know it’s connected to Hollywood.
Deadline has reported that Jordan Vogt-Roberts, who’s debut was last year’s The Kings of Summer is now in talks with Sony Pictures for an adaptation of the hit video game franchise Metal Gear Solid. This is definitely great news, and I certainly would like to see some Solid Snake love in the big screen since Big Boss has been getting a lot lately. But let’s all hope that this pushes ahead since the MGS series definitely has lots of source material to make it a great movie franchise.
