TEKKEN 7 Teased At EVO 2014!

After months filled with rumors and speculations from fans and gaming analysts alike, Bandai Namco finally reveals the production of the latest entry in the long running Tekken franchise, Tekken 7.

Teased earlier at EVO 2014 during the BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma final, it was revealed that the upcoming fighting game will be powered by Unreal Engine 4,  and is set to launch for current gen consoles(PS4, Xbox One, Wii U).

With Unreal Engine 4, we can rapidly achieve the visual quality expected on next-gen platforms and go beyond it,”, said Tekken series producer Katsuhiro Harada, during an interview with IGN. “Not only is Unreal Engine 4 powerful and easy to use, but it allows us to easily bring Tekken 7 to any platform we desire.

No further details were announced about the said game. A few analysts have also predicted that a Tekken x Street Fighter reveal might also happen before the Ultra Street Fighter 4 finals segment.
