Ubisoft Promotes ASSASSIN’S CREED With Real Life Parkour!

If you’d heard about the fifth installment for the new Assassin’s Creed series, Assassin’s Creed: Unity then this promotional clip might bring your anticipation to a whole new level. Ubisoft has sponsored a clip wherein four professional parkour runners screen played three master assassins running around (and jumping on Parisian buildings) chasing two French guards.

The setting the video focuses on is 21st century Paris where the runners (Ronnie Shalvis and the French FreeRun Family) promote the much awaited installment by demonstrating epic parkour skills featuring live combat usually found in AC universe. Devin Graham – master filmmaker and creator of previous AC clips – directed the promotional video.

The video did not just promote the new game but as an introduction to the infamous San Diego Comic Con where usually there have been a number of promotional events around anything geek related: video games, comics, movies, Sci-fi Television shows, and the like.

Assassin’s Creed: Unity is set in the French Revolution Era (hence master assassins and French guards in the present-day Paris) and in which the player is given multiple missions only to be accomplished using strategic means and physical strength.
