You Can Now Preload Ghost Recon Wildlands Open Beta

The open beta for Ubisoft’s open world tactical shooter, Ghost Recon: Wildlands, is now available for preload. The beta will run through February 23rd to February 27th.

The Ghost Recon Wildlands open beta will give players the opportunity to play the Montuyoc area as well as the closed beta area of Itacua. The levels are entirely playable in co-op so spread the word to all your friends and start preloading.

The open beta is ready for preload on PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, and PC via Uplay. Here’s the minimum and recommended specs for those opting to participate on PC:

Minimum system requirements:
Operating System: MS Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64bit versions only)
Processor: Intel Core i5-2400S @ 2.5 GHz or AMD FX-4320 @ 4 GHz
RAM: 6GB
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 / AMD R9 270X (2GB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0 or better)
DirectX: DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010)
Sound: DirectX-compatible using the latest drivers
Hard Drive: 50 GB available space
Peripherals: Windows-compatible keyboard and mouse required, optional controller

Peripherals: Windows-compatible keyboard and mouse required, optional controller

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands is the tenth installment in Ubisoft’s tactical squad shooter and the first to feature an open-world environment. You are free to tackle any mission however you see fit, be it taking the nice and clean stealth approach or a wild, guns blazing Leeroy Jenkins one. The game is set to release on March 7, 2017, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Uplay.
