Check Out ELECTRO in these Teaser Photos for The Amazing Spider-Man 2
It should be obvious by now that Flipgeek’s very excited and is looking forward to seeing The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Just to tease you more before the trailer arrives, here are some photos courtesy of USA Today, highlighting the villain Electro that’ll be played by Jamie Foxx.
According to Andrew Garfield who will be reprising his role as the webslinger, “Electro is a god in terms of the power that he wields. To be faced with that creates a whole host of problems, obstacles and drama. That’s great to have between those two people.” Director Marc Webb reveals that the character will be a spidey-fan turned villain in the film
Even though Electro’s taking the spotlight, we’d still have to hear more about Rhino, Sinister Six or Green Goblin or Hobgoblin or whoever Osbourne will be Spidey’s villain in the film. We’ve seen the Oscorp building in the teaser photos and Webb even says that “Oscorp is the evil empire and will always be a major player in these films.”
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will be out early in 2014 so for now, have fun with the photos and let’s all wait for the trailer.
