SDCC ’14: THE WALKING DEAD Debuts Trailer For Season 5!
AMC’s The Walking Dead returns for another year at San Diego Comic-Con with its great presence in Hall H. The creator of the series, Robert Kirkman along with showrunners Scott M. Gimple, Seth Gilliam (The Wire) and the cast, Andrew Lincoln (Rick), Steven Yeun (Glenn), Lauren Cohan (Maggie), Danai Gurira (Michonne), Melissa McBride (Carol), Michael Cudlitz (Sergeant Abraham Ford), Chad Coleman ( Tyreese), Norman Reedus (Daryl), Emily Kinney (Beth) and Chandler Riggs presented a sneak peek of the newest season.
After the events of Season 4, we see the remaining cast (both old and new faces) of survivors in danger by the people of Terminus and we can see that here in the new trailer. It does look like Rick’s group will form an uneasy pact between his group and the group of Terminus to help Eugene get to Washington and stop this zombie outbreak once and for all. Other than that, the trailer does suggest that this will be an action-packed season as the cast becomes “rougher and tougher” as the showrunners of the show promised. Check out the trailer below.
The Walking Dead will return for its 5th season, October 12.
