Has STAR WARS EPISODE VII Finished Filming?

It seems that STAR WARS EPISODE VII has finished filming and capped it off with a party last Saturday at the London Space Museum attended by Harrison Ford (Star Wars, Blade Runner, Indiana Jones),  Carrie Fisher (Star Wars), J.J. Abrams, Mark Hamill (Star Wars), Simon Pegg (Star Trek), Daisy Ridley, Andy Serkis and John Boyega. Boyega even posted a picture of him with R2d2 captioned “Home time buddy” that night.

From the evidence gathered, one can certainly come to the conclusion that the filming phase is done. Kathleen Kennedy said last October 16, that their work in London’s Pinewood Studios was just 3 weeks from completion. If that doesn’t do it there’s a picture circulating in twitter of a thank you letter from Abrams addressed to the cast.

Add in the fact that on October 16th, Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy said that filming in London’s Pinewood Studios was just three weeks off from completion and again, it’s looking like they may be done. But we can do one better… this image was out on Twitter this weekend. A thank you note for the cast and crew of Episode VII signed by Kennedy, Abrams and producer Bryan Burk.
