SDCC ’14: CONSTANTINE Raises Hell In This Comic-Con Preview!
Following the CW’s new The Flash series and the third season of Arrow, it was Constantine’s turn in getting the spotlight at Warner Bros. Television’s San Diego Comic Con panel. The producers, David S. Goyer (Man of Steel) and Daniel Cerone (Dexter) along with the cast of the show, Matt Reeves (as the titular character, John Constantine), Lost alumnus Harold Perrineau (Manny), Angelica Celaya (Zed), and Charles Halford took it to the show floor and opened the exclusive premiere for the said show’s pilot. It was then followed by a brief Q&A.
Goyer announced that Dr. Fate and other DC Characters will be introduced to the show and will be more than just a “guest star of the week” basis. It was also announced that this show is “Old School” Constantine, back in his Hellblazer days.

The Pilot for Constantine has been set for a October 24 release date.
