[OFFICIAL] SUPERMAN/BATMAN Now Casts WONDER WOMAN
Warner Bros. has officially announced that Wonder Woman/Diana Prince will definitely be in the Superman/Batman movie (still untitled), which will be directed by Zack Snyder. The movie will see Henry Cavill’s Superman joined by Ben Affleck’s Batman, with returning casts Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and more.
Wonder Woman’s role will be played by the 28-year old Israeli actress Gal Gadot. She was one of the cast in Fast & Furious 6 playing as Gisele Harabo.
“Wonder Woman is arguably one of the most powerful female characters of all time and a fan favorite in the DC Universe,” Snyder said on the casting. “Not only is Gal an amazing actress, but she also has that magical quality that makes her perfect for the role. We look forward to audiences discovering Gal in the first feature film incarnation of this beloved character.”[1]
