RUMOR: Iron Man 3 Has Its Own Shawarma Scene
Rumor has it that Iron Man 3 will have its own after-credits scene with a more comedic tone, focusing on Tony Stark talking to his fellow Avenger Bruce Banner, played by Mark Ruffalo.
According to reports and posts from various comic-related forums, the scene will feature Stark talking to an otherwise unknown individual. Stark rants and raves about his life as Iron Man and how things have changed drastically ever since ‘Avengers’. The camera then focuses on the person Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) is talking to, revealing it to be Bruce Banner.
Funny thing is, Banner has dozed off already due to the Stark’s tirade and gets a rude awakening. The two have another short banter before Stark resumes his monologue and Banner dozes off once more.
There’s no real evidence that this scene for Iron Man 3 exists but if you base this and Black Widow’s appearance in Captain America 2, then run it by what director Joss Whedon has stated regarding the team members having picked their own sides, it’s safe to assume that there might be some truth to it.
Still, I’d advise you guys to take the rumor with a grain of salt.
Iron Man 3 opens April 24 from Walt Disney Studios Philippines.
