SDCC 2017: LEGION’s Noah Hawley Is Developing a Doctor Doom Movie at Fox
At the Legion panel at SDCC today, showrunner Noah Hawley made a major and shocking announcement. According to reports, he is involved in a Doctor Doom movie currently in development at 20th Century Fox.
“Because I’m at Comic-Con, I wanted to let you know about a movie I’m developing for Fox,” Hawley said. “The first word is ‘Doctor.’ And the second is ‘Doom.’”
It is not clear whether the movie will actually feature the Fantastic Four in it, or just a solo Doctor Doom outing.
The writer and director had his hands busy in the past few months. He recently wrapped up the third season of Fargo and the first season of Legion at FX. Soon, Hawley will be working on the second season of Legion, after the casting announcement of Said Taghmaoui (Wonder Woman) to play Amal Fahrouk/Shadow King.
