TRAILER: BATMAN’S son debuts on SON of BATMAN
Batman’s son (Yes you read it right, Batman has a son) Damian Wayne would finally be introduced outside of the comic books; Damian would join his dad in their new animated movie, Son of Batman. Damian Wayne is the son of Bruce Wayne and Ra’s Al Ghul’s daughter, Talia Al Ghul. Son of Batman is the latest direct to dvd animation release from DC Comics and the movie would be based on Grant Morrison and Andy Kubert’s “Batman and Son” released back in 2006.
Son of Batman stars the voices of Jason O’Mara (Albert Wesker, Resident Evil: Extinction) as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Stuart Allan as Damian Wayne, Morena Baccarin as Talia, Giancarlo Esposito as Ra’s Al Ghul, David McCallum as Alfred, Xander Berkeley as Man-Bat and Thomas Gibson as Deathstroke. Jason O’Mara also voices the Dark Knight in another DC animated movie Justice League:War.
Son of Batman is scheduled for release in spring of 2014 and would have a world premiere also at this year’s Wondercon in Anaheim.
