JOCK on Savage Wolverine, Marvel Trademarks FANTOMEX

Comics creator and artist Jock  was recently announced to both write and draw “The Savage Wolverine” a series he’ll follow from Joe Maduiera and Zeb Well’s run. Set thousands of years in the future, Wolverine crash lands on an alien planet. Here’s what Jock has to say about his run –

Logan has the power of regeneration as we know, but he’d only ever be able to regenerate his own cells,” Jock explains. “So what if thousands, maybe even millions of years in the future, the world around him has continued to evolve, and he’s left literally, a Neanderthal man?

“He always chose to be the outsider, but now he has no choice. He doesn’t fit in.

In other Marvel Comics news, Marvel has trademarked the character Fantomex – the fan favorite, star of Uncanny X-Force. Will he be having his own title? Hopefuly more details emerge soon.
