KOMIKET AWARDS 2016, The Winners are…
As Komiket aims to promote and discover new comic book creators, they had their first ever Komiket Awards – Komiket Awards 2016.
Komiket Awards 2016
The awards have four categories: Best Student Komiks, Best Writer, Best Artist and Best Komiks.
The nominees for each category were carefully chosen under the eyes of three prestigious judges, namely Ricky Lee (Salome, Si Tatang at Ang mga Himala ng Ating Panahon), Arnold Arre (The Mythology Class, Trip To Tagaytay) and Ruel De Vera (The Most Careful of Stars).
The winners per category will get a refundable PhP 5,000 komiks book starter fund for their next new komiks project.
