Marvel Teases A New CAPTAIN AMERICA!
Since it was July the 4th yesterday, it was fitting for Marvel to reveal that a new individual will be taking the mantle of Captain America from Steve Rogers, and it will be sooner than we expect as the mystery man will be revealed come Monday.
If you have been following Marvel NOW’s Captain America for the past few weeks, you’ll recall that the Super Soldier Serum inside Rogers’ body has been stabilized, and has resulted in his physiology normalizing, prompting him to age into an old man. Granted the events of the storyline, Marvel has announced that a new blood is needed to step up to the iconic role.
Many of us feel it could be Sam Wilson/Falcon, or Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier perhaps, but Marvel’s known for throwing curveballs left and right when it comes to reveals like this. Who do you think will replace Steve soon?
