TOY REVIEW: SENTINEL TOY’S 4-INCH MEGAMAN.EXE

Rants
Today we feature Megaman.Exe from the Megaman Battle Network series which was a real-time, tactical-RPG game on the Gameboy advance.
Megaman (Rockman in Japan), one of Capcom’s most popular and well loved character has gone through a lot of transformations over the years since the character’s creation. From the classic Blue Bomber, Megaman Legends, Megaman Zero and a couple of versions more.
Today we feature Megaman.Exe from the Megaman Battle Network series which was a real-time, tactical-RPG game on the Gameboy advance. A brief history on the character, Megaman.exe is a program or a NetNavi (Network Navigator), which is someone that protects the interwebs from viruses. Megaman is controlled by his human partner, Lan Hikari as they thwart the evil plans of Wily.
Sentinel Toys recently released 4 inch action action figures of both the classic Megaman and Megaman.Exe. Not really familiar with the Sentinel toy line and this is our first time to review one of their action figures. Let’s get the review underway. Here’s what we think of Sentinel’s 4-inch Megaman.Exe.
PACKAGING 10/10
Megaman.exe’s packaging is minimalist in design. There’s actually little to no pictures at all. Just a simple glossy box with a mixture of black and blue colors with a small logo on top (which you can barely notice on the picture). I do believe that the packaging makes the figure look highly collectible. Megaman.exe looks like a premium item inside it’s box.
You can display the box as is and it would still be head turner among your collection. Interesting to note though is the design for the instruction on how to change the Megaman.exe’s face plate. Usually, collectibles come with a leaflet with instructions but Sentinel Toys just incorporated in the box.
