I haven’t read any Batgirl comics for a long time and I thought of reading BATGIRL #14 just because it delves into the relationship of Batgirl and Nightwing. The story could have been better. There are panels where it felt like they were fast forwarding the story to fit the entire story into a short story arc. Interior artwork is not the best but it is attractive enough to keep me locked in.
The only things I like in this issue is that you get to see Batgirl in her old suit and that the story talks a little about the relationship of Batgirl and Nightwing. For Batgirl #14, it worth getting the singles? To a certain extent, yes. Art is still good and the story is decent. If you’re a fan of Batgirl and/or Nightwing, get the singles. Other than that, I suggest you guys wait for the collected format.
