EVENT: LIPAD — The 2012 PWU-SFAD Fine Arts Week Celebration
The School of Fine Arts and Design annually celebrate “Fine Arts Week” a whole week dedicated to Fine Arts student to showcase their talent and have fun. This year, the main theme of our celebration is “Trajectories”. The School of Fine Arts and Design (SFAD) had transitionally moving fast forward to radically rebrand its image to be youthful and energetic. This Year Fine Arts week celebration is
titled “LIPAD” to simplify the trajectories concept.
The event will be happening on January 24-27, 2012 and in line with the theme the line-up of activities is sure to raise the bar a step higher. The SFAD will be organizing for a very first time a visuals arts convention, an open studio and an open mic. Each day of the week are allotted to feature each discipline of art whether it is painting, interior design, industrial design, advertising or print making. Known artists will be celebrating with us by sharing their knowledge and experiences in the industry. This 2012 is the year for Philippine Women’s University School of Fine Arts and Design to start a new tradition and identity.
