Flipgeeks to bring Pinoy MARVEL Artists at TOYCON 2014
This year’s TOYCON is surely going to be the biggest toy event, but the organizers also plan to showcase a lot of stuff from geeek culture. Next week (June 20-22) at the SM Megamall Mega Trade Halls, as part of a partnership between Toycon and Flipgeeks, we’re bringing you our awesome Pinoy Marvel Artists only at the Flipgeeks booth! We wanted to bring in the world of comics into the event, and to bring a much better experience for you guys and to spread out awareness about the comic industry. It’s high time that Flipgeeks participate and do more in uplifting the creative industry, and to let everyone know that Filipinos are among the best in the world.
Artists who have worked for MARVEl, other publishers, local comics, sketch cards will be there. So don’t forget to pass by our booth and don’t be shy to talk to them. You can buy prints, sketches and more!
Below is the current lineup of Filipino Marvel artsists who’ll be at the booth. These guys are THE guys who you should talk to, get advice, especially on how to make it in the comics industry. You can catch these guys at our booth on the Saturday event around 12pm onwards.
