Celebrate FREE COMIC BOOK DAY 2017 in the Philippines
Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) is an annual celebration of comic books around the world where participating comic book stores and publishers give out free comic books as a way to thank fans and also attract new readers into comics. It is held every first Saturday of May, and this year it’s going to be on May 6th, 2017.
Publishers give out exclusive comic book issues specifically made for this event so if you don’t want to miss out, be sure to attend FCBD.
In Metro Manila, there are several participating stores including Fully Booked with Comic Odyssey, Filbar’s and DK Collectibles. These stores celebrate FCBD with their own activities, sales and promos, and guest artists.
