DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ GETS SSB GOKU, SSB VEGETA
Recent issues of Weekly Jump and V Jump revealed that Goku and Vegeta will be getting their Super Saiyan Blue forms in DRAGON BALL FighterZ.
Based on the information contained in the pages of these Jump magazines, SSB Goku and SSB Vegeta will be separate playable characters instead of just being transformations of their other selves. SSB Goku can further use Kaioken while in this form, giving him access to the 10x God Kamehameha finisher. SSB Vegeta, in turn, gets an upgraded version of his Final Flash.
Also revealed is the addition of Android 18 and Android 16 in the roster of available fighters in the game. No word yet on the inclusion of Android 17, although he definitely makes an appearance, at least, as part of 18’s Accel Dance finisher. Android 16, on the other hand, comes with his signature Hell’s Flash.
The inclusion of the revived Android 16 served as a teaser for Story Mode, where he apparently plays an important part in a scenario described as having, “super warriors fall one by one.”
DRAGON BALL FighterZ is slated for an early 2018 launch on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via STEAM.
