Sudden Interactive’s strategy game, Spellstrike, lands a spot on Square Enix Collective (SEC). Spellstrike is a strategy game with action-packed combat. It has a unique gameplay where you control a squad of three fighters, battling other squads for land, glory, and survival.

Choose a side and build your own adventure as you put together your dream squad of collectible characters while you customize their skills. Test out your squad composition by battling other players online in different map scenarios. Effective September 12, 2016, Spellstrike’s page will be up on the SEC website for 28 days. SEC selects 4 game pitches every month that they will showcase on the SEC website. They will put up one game per week and let the campaign gather votes for a month. Fans can show their support by casting ‘Yes’ votes and answering the polls.

Being an indie studio, we need all the help we can get. SEC is just one step to building our community. If Spellstrike gets good feedback from SEC, they may aid us in our upcoming Kickstarter campaign. We hope for this game to be a success as we want to inspire other local game developers to create original PC games that can be played and enjoyed worldwide.

About Sudden Interactive

Sudden Interactive is a small studio formed to create Spellstrike. Our goal is to be able to create high quality original games that can be enjoyed internationally.

About Square Enix Collective

Square Enix Collective (SEC) is a curated platform by Square Enix that enables game developers to post ideas, and gamers to judge whether those ideas should become a reality or not. If the idea is supported by the community, Square Enix may offer support in crowdfunding the project via Kickstarter and Indiegogo. SEC tries to help small teams build awareness of their ideas, and ultimately self publish while retaining full creative control.
