Michael Bay Confirms Transformers 4 is NOT A REBOOT, Also Casts Jack Reynor to Star Along Mark Wahlberg

Michael Bay just posted in his site that he just hired Jack Reynor – star of acclaimed Irish film ‘What Richard Did’ to star against main Transformers 4 protagonist Mark Wahlberg.

He also confirmed that Transformers 4 is definitely NOT A REBOOT despite of rumors floating in the web and that it will definitely be a start of a new trilogy –

“This movie takes place exactly 4 years after the war in Chicago. The story makes a very natural transition, and reason as to why we have a whole new cast. This Transformers will feel very different then the last three. We are embarking on a new trilogy.”
