The Five STAR WARS Stories That Deserve Film Treatment

STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT

If there’s one thing Rogue One had proven, it’s the fact that a Star Wars film will still work even with the absence of Force Sensitives, Jedi Knights, Sith Lords, and in a way, Skywalkers. The Star Wars Battlefront series of games have featured rebels, clone/storm troopers, saboteurs, and relatively unknown individiduals thrust into the frontlines of war. Think of the series as Call of Duty-esque, but set in a space opera scenario.

One good example is Iden’s story in the recently released Battlefront II. Her story mode in the game saw the character engaging in acts of sabotage, dogfights, and team assaults. In addition, her development from an imperial remnant to an important part of the New Republic’s birth is something worth writing about as a true film.

We’d like to know your thoughts too! Are there other Star Wars tales worthy of film treatment? Hit the comments.
