THE SIMPSONS Says FAREWELL to the late Marcia Wallace aka MRS. KRABAPPEL
Long running TV show The Simpsons has paid tribute to Maria Wallace in its latest episode with Bart chalking up a message on the blackboard during the show’s opening sequence.
Mrs. K or Edna Krabappel is voiced by Marcia Wallace for many years, and at the age of 70 died last month. The show’s executive producer Al Jean has now expressed their intention in retiring her irreplaceable character. We’ll definitely miss her character and we don’t know yet how she’ll retire and what the other characters will react to it.
