BENDIS and MCNIVEN Team Up for New GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY
The new teaser from Marvel’s Point One book features a look at some random guy brandishing the pistol of the fallen Starlord Peter Quill.
With the exception of Brian Michael Bendis’ name attached to this book I really don’t have a problem. I like Steve McNiven and his last work which was in Nemesis with Mark Millar was pretty cool. I did follow the story of Quill and the rest of the Guardians even bitching about the former’s death in order to save the world from a power mad Thanos.
Now it seems like Marvel is definitely making sure that people know all about the Guardians before the movie comes out next year.
McNiven’s work at Captain America was effin’ good.
