The daily life of a young woman just trying to live her life can be very mundane. During the day, young Cas is a barista serving the people of Ryelight Bay with her best friend, Rey. It’s not uncommon for her to deal with less than pleasant people who haven’t had their morning fix yet. After all that’s done, she works a “part time job” for one of the richest young bachelors in town named James Slater. This “job” isn’t as simple as serving hot coffee though—at night, Jim and Cas protect Ryelight bay from all sorts of Eldritch horrors that comes from the deep seas or cosmos.
