Marvel’s New Promotional Material Features the UNCANNY AVENGERS
Marvel is deadset in emulating DC’s success last year with a “soft” reboot stemming from the events of “Avengers vs X-Men” or “AVX”. Apparently part of the plan was to create a “superteam” consisting of X-Men and Avengers entitled “Uncanny Avengers”.
Pretty cute looking team and hey, they even have Rocket Racoon on their roster. Although I must admit that this is definitely splitting the Internet in half, I’m going to go PRO on this one.
Uncanny Avengers will also be written by Rick Remender and rumor has it that John Cassaday will be doing interior art for the book. Let’s just wait and see.
