OFFICIAL: Jeanine Schaefer To Replace CB Cebulski As New MARVEL Talent Scout!
A week after CB Cebulski left his post as Marvel’s talent scout, editor Jeanine Schaefer has been announced to replace the former, according to a tweet from comic book writer James Asmus.
CB will then be promoted to take duties as Vice President Of International Business Development and Brand Management for the company. He has also been responsible for the scouting of numerous Pinoy artists to the fold, such as Kim Jacinto & Dexter Soy to name a few.
Schaefer confirmed the said announcement via a statement: “”I’m so excited to be taking the torch that C.B. so generously passed. I’m looking forward to continuing the Marvel tradition of finding the best and brightest talent and helping the team to create the best books in the industry. Also, the parties.”
Schaefer currently serves as the editor for a number of X-Men books, including the recently launched Cyclops solo series.
