Valiant’s X-O Manowar Ties the Knot This July
This July X-O Manowar is getting married in X-O Manowar #38 – a 48-paged oversized issue featuring the wedding of Aric of Dacia and Saana of Loam. And like all wedding issues, this one will have guest characters from the Valiant Universe.
X-O Manowar mainstay writer Robert Venditti (Armor Hunters, Green Lantern) and artist Rafa Sandoval (Ultimate Hawkeye) will helm the full-length lead story. They are joined by several guest creators for four back-up stories.
Robert Venditti and Clayton Henry (Archer & Armstrong) bring a tale that stars Aric and Saana’s Visigoth ancestors. Valiant newcomer Amy Chu (Vertigo CMYK) is joined by artist CAFU (Unity) to offer a solo story featuring Saana of Loam. Plus, Rafer Roberts (Carpool Buddies of Doom) craft a story surrounding Aric of Dacia’s bachelor party. And lastly, Eisner Award nominee Andy Runtom (Owly) returns of X-O Manowar to reunite Owly and X-O Manowar’s armor, Shanhara.
X-O Manowar #38 hits shelves this July.
