Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors Stalks Back with a PS3/PSP Comeback

Capcom has recently announced the return of Darkstalkers for both the PlayStation 3 and PSP. Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors is a straight port of the original PlayStation classic that features some of the most famous “Dark Ones” including the seductive Morrigan Aensland, the friendly catwoman Felicia, the Makai noble Demitri Maximoff, and the encrazed Lord Raptor.

The Darkstalker franchise is remembered as an arcade classic that “almost” rivaled the popularity of its more established arcade big brother, Street Fighter. With a four-episode Original Video Animation (OVA) under its belt, Darkstalkers is ready to take you down memory lane as you re-experience this arcade cult-classic which unfortunately, disappeared after Capcom focused on bigger and more ambitious titles.

There is no definite release when Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors will become available for Sony’s PlayStation combo.
