Meganon Comics has announced Lunatic, a new anthology comic featuring stories a plethora of creators such as Mel Casipit, Kai Castillo, Maika Ezawa, Paolo Herras, JP Palabon, Tepai Pascual, Brent Sabas and Redg Vicente.
