Unboxing/First Look: “Desert Eagle” Pro Gaming Keyboard by Dragon War
If you’re wondering what that thing is… It’s a keyboard. In fact, it is a professional gaming keyboard called “Desert Eagle” by Dragon War. I never thought I’d pick up a gaming keyboard any time soon, but because I recently acquired a copy of Guild Wars 2 and because my MacBook Pro’s keyboard turned into a hot, sticky mess thanks to a seemingly harmless choco-banana smoothie, I decided to take the plunge. Actually, I didn’t need that much convincing, the price and the “water resistant” mark on the box did all my thinking for me. For PHP495.00 you can now own a professional gaming keyboard.
If you wanna get a glimpse of the Desert Eagle or if you’re simply curious about what my first impressions of this keyboard are, check out this video:
Here are some close up shots of the keyboard as well as some of its notable features:
The ASWD and directional keys are “sparkle blue” but the package also provides you with black replacement keys so you can easily switch them out. The Desert Eagle also has 10 multimedia function keys, 5 on each side of the keyboard.
At the back of the keyboard, you’ll find an adjustable stand and an attachment for the provided game mat.
This keyboard also features a gold-plated USB connector and a cord with a rope-like design:
Last but definitely not least, as promised here’s a message from a guy named Steve! — or Steve Message?? (^o^)
