DIGIMON SERIES
Synopsis: The franchise focuses on Digimon creatures, which are monsters living in a “Digital World”, a parallel universe that originated from Earth’s various communication networks. In many incarnations, Digimon are raised by humans called “Digidestined” or “Tamers” (“Chosen Children” in the Japanese version), and they team up to defeat evil Digimon and human villains who are trying to destroy the fabric of the Digital world.
One of the most memorable shows for kids who grew up in the 90s, Digimon will always have a special place in 90s kids’ hearts. I’d recommend Digimon 01-04. Nostalgia hits! The franchise features “Digidestined”/”Tamers” who are living their normal lives only to find out their fates have been intertwined to one common goal. Get a back-to-school feel as you watch the Digimon series. You’ll see the Japanese middle & high school setting with a twist and whole lots of adventures!
