STL060443After being saved by Mr. Terrific, Gotham Resistance run towards the center of the Challengers Mountain while the Dark Robin not far behind. Will they finally reach the center of the mountain in hopes of finding Batman? Or will the Bat Who Laughs provide another road block to stop the Resistance?

The connection between Metal and Gotham Resistance is more evident in this issue compared to the other chapters. GREEN ARROW #32 is filled with action and jam-packed with a lot of twists. This finale gives a lot of clues and explanation as to the origin of the Bat Who Laughs. It also provides a connection between the Nth Metal and the Nightmare Batmen.

The best part of this issue is that it finally revealed the plot for Metal. Mr. Terrific gives a perfect explanation why Barbatos and the nightmare Batmen are invading Earth-0. So I highly advice everyone to grab a copy of this issue.

Juan Ferreyra’s art is okay but his panel transitions and lay outs are magnificent. I enjoyed reading this book. The conclusion of Gotham Resistance leads to Dark Nights Metal #3 as the team made a relevant discovery in this issue.

Overall, I enjoyed Gotham Resistance and its definitely worth getting the singles. I change my mind, yes, you need to get Teen Titans #12, Nightwing #29, Suicide Squad #26, and Green Arrow #32 to better appreciate Metal as a story.
