‘Kikomachine Komix’ Comes to Life from Tabsing Kolektib
Manix Abrera’s Kikomachine Komix comes to life in a stage play adapted by the independed theatre guild Tabsing Kolektib, in line with the National Literature Month.
Sorrowful, Sorrowful Mysteries is composed of three one-act plays (Langit, Lupa, Impyerno, Meanwhile sa Alternate Universe, It Never Ends) and is directed by acclaimed playwright Eljay Castro Deldoc with Jules Rivera and Mariel Abareta serving as assistant directors. The cast includes Eunize Milante, Ivan Malaluan, Bianca Meer, Christian Cuevas, Renzo Villanueva, Jaira Roxas, Rica Cadiente, Chino Guerrero, Paul Alcala, Jasmin Baniquett, Marc Castillo, and Earl Dulay.
The playdates are scheduled will run on April 25-27, 2017 (4:00 pm and 7:00 pm shows) at the Makiling Ballroom Hall, SU Building, UPLB. Tickets are sold at Php 120 each.
