MEET THE NEW DOCTOR DOOM?
It was revealed today that the actor who would play the role of Victor Von Doom is Toby Kebbell. Toby was included in the short list of actors (read here) rumored to play the part of Doctor Doom in Fox’s Fantastic Four reboot. The news was released by Variety though Fox has yet to release an official statement.
Toby Kebbell is no stranger to sci-fi/fantasy movies as he has appeared in movies like Wrath of the Titans, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and he’s included in Fox’s Dawn of the Planet of the Apes along with Warner Bros.’ Warcraft.
If the deal pushes through Toby would join the rest of the new cast for Fox’s Fantastic Four reboot that includes Miles Teller (Reed Richards), Kate Mara (Sue Storm), Michael B. Jordan (Johnny Storm), and Jamie Bell (Ben Grimm). The new Fantastic Four movie is scheduled to be released on June 19, 2015 with a planned sequel by 2017.
