Bottom Line

Season 6 of the award-winning series Game of Thrones has long been finished, but for the fans of the hit television show, the said season has been one of the most exciting seasons. One noteworthy episode was Episode 9, also known as the Battle of the Bastards. Of course, for the fans who have already watched the whole series (and are currently waiting for Season 8), they know why it is noteworthy, and why it is called the Battle of the Bastards. For those who have yet to watch the episode, Funko gives us a sneak peek on one of the best battles in Game of Thrones. Of course, for those who have already watched the said episode, the Funko Pop! 2-pack Battle of the Bastards is a great addition to anyone’s collection or Game of Thrones display.

Paint – 8/10

Paint is an issue for some Funko Pop! collectors. Sometimes, parts of figures lack paint. Other times, paint goes beyond where it should be. With this pack, I had no issues with the paint application. I gave it an 8 over 10 though because I believe that the colors are somewhat inaccurate, well at least with regards to the scene the figures are portraying. Ramsay Bolton’s hair should be darker, as well as his suit. I think that it would look cooler if Funko gave them a fiercer look. Additional blood and mud would look nice, too.

But with how they look, they are still awesome, and would still stand out in your out-of-box collection.
