I’m excited for Summer Komikon because the event is awesome. We’ll be able to see all those local indie artists in one building and get to interact with them. I can give out 10 more reasons why I’m excited for Komikon but I guess that’s the thing that I’m looking forward to the most.

I’m excited to comb through all the back issues and check out the indie komiks bazaar!

How excited? I rather choose to go to Summer KomiKon than to attend in our company outing haha! My reason to them is Outing is just right there, I can go swimming whenever I want to, But Summer KomiKon is an event of the year for the comics enthusiast like me and I don’t want to miss that!! Yeah!!

Because I’m gonna get to meet my favorite comic artists and have the chance to talk to them! That’s why I’m excited for Summer Komikon!

I’m excited not only because there is the possibility that Mark Millar COULD or MIGHT crash the event (Just hoping, guys; remember he’ll be present for the “Milla in Manila” the next day, so who knows?) but also to get the newest releases and back issues of my favorite local titles. I’m also looking forward to having my copy of Vampirella signed by Heubert Khan Michael.

Excited to be at this year’s Summer Komikon, meet a lot of Comic book enthusiasts and of course our home grown artists get their autographs and sketches so see you all at KOMIKON!

Exited ako sa Summer Komikon dahil ito ang time na nashoshowcase nating ang local work from our talented indie artists. At syempre di mawawala ang kanilang mga mascots. :))

Naging habit ko na since 2009 ang umattend ng Summer Komikon. Excited na ako for this year kasi I’ll be getting the new Beerkada and ZsaZsa Zaturnah comics.I usually buy my comics there kasi it’s a bit cheaper plus I get to say hi to the artists themselves.

I’m excited because this is going to be my first Summer Komikon. I was just recently introduced to the world of pinoy comics thanks to Sir Budjette’s TRESE.

I’m excited to go to Summer Komikon because this is the first time I’m actually attending one. After being at numerous comic book signings over the years, this is a first for me. I’ve been to the James Jean, Leinil Yu, and David Finch signings this year alone so consider this another feather in my comic book-collecting cap!

Too excited because I can’t afford to miss the “sequel” episodes of comics I’ve bought from the last Komikon. Nakakabitin! I will also be heading straight to a lot of indie comic artists who we (I and my partner) are acquainted already with. We have to give a lot of credit to indie artists in supporting the industry with what they have.

I’m excited because this will be the first time i would be attending Summer Komikon. I want to meet artists, comics and fellow comic lovers as well! Summer Komikon is hotter than the Summer heat!

This is the first year I’m going! I’m excited to attend Komikon because of all the local talent my eyes were opened to thanks to my in The Comic Book Group. I want to get sketches and autographs and komiks!

It’s definitely MORE FUN in KOMIKON! A place where artists like me definitely feel at home. Kapuso, Kapamilya, Klasmeyt, Kapitbahay, Komikero, Kolektor, Komisyon ng art, Kontributor at kung anu pang K,
Komikon is the place to go this summer, who else won’t be excited by this fact?

Komikon is an ever evolving event, for any artist to find new talent to admire is as good as his/her birthday (well almost) for both sides~

that said, I don’t have a single reason to be not excited for this event! owo

It’s exciting because it’ll be a date to remember for me and my girlfriend!

Because KOMIKON is for comic fans and organized by comic fans.

a showcase of great Filipino talent, the fans, the crowd, series launches and book signing, and most importantly, all the fun you get from KOMIKS and COMICS alike.

I’m excited to go to Summer Komikon because the indie scene will be refreshed with new title! There’s an annual komikon fan to be added on my ongoing collection! Get updates on my favorite comic series (with free autograph/sketch)! Hunt for limited print and merchandise! and last but not least, acquire anything TRESE!

Because I miss the adrenaline rush of elbowing and fighting over discounted comics among guys twice bigger than me as well as swooning over top-notch Filipino art (and artists, hehe). Oh yeah, I also go for Enel Villegas’ reason: TRESE! Wooh!

I’m so excited for this upcoming Summer Komikon because it is my first time! (for the Summer :D)
And because I already experienced how good it was, how I enjoyed it last November Annual Komikon, I already knew that it would be fun AGAIN and would be awesome if am one of the lucky winners and have tix for this!
Komikon was just so amazing that every Filipino talented artists are there, especially for my Elmer artist, Mr. Alanguilan! It would be greatful if I get to see him personally and my comic book will be signed! YUHOO! Cheers to FLIPGEEKS in giving oppurtunity such as this! Hope really, I am one of them.

bakit? bakit? kasi ito ang pinakamainit at pinakamasayang araw para sa lahat ng nilikha at pinakamaulan na araw sapagkat nagsisispagbagsakan mula sa langit ang komikero at ang mga likha nila.

Because I can’t wait to just GAWK at all the local talents. It’s a showcase of visual art at its most unpretentious, imaginative, fresh, and true form!!! Hurray for Pinoy artists!!!

This will be my first Komikon experience!!!

because i get to see the work of fellow creators (kahit na hindi ako nakaregister sa indie tiangge ngayon. next time!), meet filipino komikero idols, and buy a lot of comics at a lower price!

Eto ang first time kong maexperience na pumunta sa Summer Komikon na kasama ang first love ko..wahahaha kilig na kilig..pero di ko kau inuubliga na 2 ticket ang ibigay sakin..tama ng isa..bumili na lang xa ng kanya..hahha tsaka yung pose nmin ni Manix Abrera last feb 14 sa PNU eh di pala napindot ng todo ng classmate ko yung cam..ayun..wala..pareho pa naman kami naka thumbs up..irereplay na lang..haha..sa Komikon..xempre bibili ako ng ikawalong libro..at ipapasign ko yun sa kanya..para kumpleto na ang collection ko..at para maging happy si Mr. Tony De Zuñiga kung saan man xa ngaun..susuportahan ko ang mga artist na kagaya nia..na ipinapakita ang angking talento ng mga pinoy.. =)

Komikon is the best event of the year and I want to attend.

I’m excited ’cause Komikon’s always better than the last.

Because Komikon is one of the events that can really make someone so excited with the idea of meeting our favorite comic artists and their works as well as to buy comics at the lower price.. =D

‘coz it’s a gathering of geeks who share the same obsessions like mine, i can go to komik booths and check their stuff out and find something new :). also, i heard that there’s a scheduled cosplay event, i would like to take a lot of photos and have fun there before another school year begins. ^__^

I am excited for The Summer Komikon because:

Aside from this would be my first time to attend the summer komikcon(if I would be lucky) I Wasn’t able to attend Fcbd this year thats why Im dying to be there.. Need to buy new superman comics to update my collectionü

I’m excited with Komikon 2012 because I used to collect these before when I was still in school. However, I stopped because of work and time contraints na din. Now, I wanted to join this event and feel my childhood happiness again.

Would really love to check it out and feature it on my blog! I am also an aspiring fiction writer and really desires to have my stories published as a comic book. I think the experience would help me get some ideas on how to do just that.

Because it’m my second Komikon and would be my first Summer Komikon. I was supposed to release my first comic but couldn’t for certain circumstances. But still I would like to go there and support my friends and see their works and get a copy and… lots of things. I wanted to introduce my family to Komikon specially my cute little niece who just recently been inspired to do her own artworks. ^^

Looking forward to check the event out to have it featured for my vlog and also, I’m looking forward to meet local comic book artist and fellow comic book readers.
