COMIC ODYSSEY’s SUPERCROOKS Signing with Leinil Yu, Gerry Alanguilan and Harvey Tolibao

Some photos from the exclusive signing for Supercrooks # 1 done in Comic Odyssey together with Supercrooks artist Leinil Yu, inker and Eisner award nominee Gerry Alanguilan and Green Arrow artist Harvey Tolibao.

The event was set in Comic Odyssey‘s new location at the basement area of Robinsons Galleria during a rainy afternoon. But despite the said climatic tantrum, comic book geeks still flocked the venue to have their Supercrooks # 1 signed by the very modest Mr. Yu.

Here’s a photo we snapped of Leinil and Gerry in between sketches.

Sharing the spotlight with the creative team for the Mark Millar written book was none other than Harvey Tolibao who was also signing books left and right while chatting with some of his fans.

We took a photo of Harvey while signing one lucky fella’s Psylocke issue.

And as a special treat for all of the comic book geeks who braved the Low Pressure Area last saturday, CO’s very own Sandy also raffled off this…

umm, no they were not giving away Tony Tuason nor did they raffle off artist Bennac but rather a signed CGC graded Batman # 619; which was the last issue of Hush and written by Jeph Loeb with art by Jim Lee (who also signed the issue).

Here are other snapshots we’ve taken during this cool event inside the Comic Odyssey…
