POKEMON GO is a mobile game phenomenon. Social Media sites are blowing up with all things POKEMON GO related. From status posts, screenshots, tweets to memes, everyone is just crazy about POKEMON GO!

POKEMON GO has officially launched in the US, Australia and New Zealand but fans outside these countries have gone lengths just to avail of the game. Some Android fans obtained the game’s APK version while iPhone fans created an Apple ID which uses a US, Australia or New Zealand locations. Unfortunately for some, some downloads infected smartphones with malware.

The POKEMON GO phenomenon caught the game developers, Niantic by surprise and had to delay the release worldwide due to servers being clogged because of the number of users playing the game.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the launch in Europe and Asia may be sooner than expected and it is happening “within a few days”. Though there is no official confirmation from Niantic or The Pokemon Company, the report suggests that the news came from “people familiar with plans for the game.”

We’ve waited so long for this game, what’s a few more days, right?

For now, the waiting game continues.
