An Extended Look At Marvel’s AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON

Although “Hydra” leaked the trailer a week earlier than it should’ve (to at least give ABC’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. a couple of numbers for their ratings), it didn’t stop Marvel for at least giving Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. the ratings boost it needed by unveiling an extended look at Avengers: Age of Ultron.

The footage features the most talked about scene in the Comic-Con footage a few months back, with members of the Avengers trying to lift Thor’s hammer to see who is worthy. But it was all fun and games until a proto-stage Ultron shows up becoming a rain on their parade. After that the footage follows up with half of the trailer we’ve seen from last week but this time with a couple of glimpses of new footage (if you watched the trailer last week more than 10 times, you’d notice).

Check out the trailer above!

Avengers: Age of Ultron is directed by Joss Whedon and stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, James Spader, Samuel L. Jackson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Elizabeth Olsen. The film is set to release May 2015
