DREAMING ABOUT HAVING A SUPERHERO BODY? HERE ARE SOME SUPERHERO INSPIRED WORKOUTS

After watching all the superhero movies these past few months you might wonder how do the heroes (or the actors who play them) achieve the “superhero” body. You’re now probably inspired to achieve that Captain America look or having a built like Thor’s.  Now you need not wonder anymore, Neila Rey, author of 100 No-Equipment Workouts and the creator of Visual Workouts had released superhero inspired step-by-step total body workout instructional guides.  After researching a few information online, I found out that she has more than 10 years of experience in running, body weight training, martial arts and boxing. Some of her superhero inspired workouts include Batman, Superman, The Flash, Iron Man, Wolverine, Deadpool, 300 and even a Super Saiyan themed workout to name a few. Some of the guides LOOK simple enough but there’s no guarantee that following her workout routine would give you that superhero body. I do suggest that you seek professional advice or somebody who knows a thing or two about working out before trying out any of these exercises to prevent any injuries. Of course, working out is not enough, eating proper meals and having a proper diet would help you achieve a healthier body and possibly a built after your favorite superhero.
