All PS4 Users Can Access Destiny 2 Beta Tomorrow
Some of you might know that Destiny 2 is only having an early access beta on July 18 to July 20 reserved for those who pre-ordered the game. But what you might not know is that, for region 3 users, Destiny 2 will be having an open beta from tomorrow till the 24th.
Starting tomorrow morning, at 2:00 AM PHT, PlayStation 4 users will be able to hop on the early access to Destiny 2‘s long-awaited beta and will run until July 24, 2017.
Here’s all the stuff you can do throughout the entire Destiny 2 beta:
- Play the opening story mission of the cinematic campaign (“Homecoming”).
- Take on the enemy threat in a 3 player Cooperative Strike (“The Inverted Spire“)
- Access the Crucible and put your competitive multiplayer skills to the test against others in 4v4 matches.
- Fight solo, alongside your friends or match-make with other Guardians.
Do note that an active PlayStation Plus subscription is required to access certain features in the beta like matchmaking and joining fire teams. The download size also clocks in at around 13 GB. You can download the Beta here.
Destiny 2 is the sequel to Bungie’s online-only multiplayer first-person shooter published by Activision and is set to release on September 6 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, followed by a PC release on October 24. Destiny 2 also marks the first time the series becomes available on PC platform.
